Refund Policy

  • For digital products (books/courses):"Due to the nature of digital products that are downloadable and immediately consumable, we do not provide a refund option after completing the payment and receiving the download link."

  • The customer has the right to request a refund within a specified period from the date of purchase, provided that they have not started using the service or gained full access to the digital content.

  • Refunds do not include any course or digital material that has been opened, downloaded, or partially consumed.

  • For consultations:"The consultation appointment can be rescheduled 24 hours before the scheduled time. In case of final cancellation, the amount will be refunded minus the administrative fees of the payment gateway."

  • Consultations that have been conducted or attended are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

  • A return request must be submitted in writing through the official channels specified on the website.

Processing the request:

  • All return requests are subject to review.

  • If approved, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used within an estimated time frame,minus the administrative fees for the payment gateway.
